Diaper Rashes🙄

So my son is at this stage where he constanly gets diaper rashes. It might have to do with what he eats or maybe how sensitive his skin might be towards diapers. I literally have to change his diaper as soon as I see he urinates or poops right away. I've tried Pampers and Huggies and for the most part Huggies seem to suit him better. I started off with Pampers but switched over to Huggies after.
I've also tried all kinds of creams, butt paste and ointments. So far mixing them is the best option for me. One day I'll use A+D, the next Desitin, then Dr.Smith's, and then I'll end up using Neosporin. I've tried them all and theyre great, my son just has very sensitive skin so its hard to stick to just one.
So far I've managed to avoid the diaper rashes by bathing my son more than once a day and atleast washing his bottom more frequently appose to cleaning him with wipes. Thats also something I had to switch multiple times because at one point I thought the wipes were too rough for his skin. I'm currently using Huggies Sensitive wipes for sensitive skin.
So moms, if you're experiencing this just like me, follow these tips because it definitely helped me very much. I hate to see the look on my son's face, or hearing him whine while he has a diaper rash. I'm pretty sure this will change everything. Change your diapers, wipes and use cloths, bath more frequently and use different creams.
