Let me just say, I comepletely agree with this meaning. This is a life long task of cleaning diapers, feeding other people other than yourself, spending money on others, giving your life and carring for others, and being someone's slave until they're able to walk and talk and fend for themselves. It takes a strong Woman to be a Mother, Wife and an Employee, none the less a Friend also. It is hard to be all three and not have a friend. You need that one or two friends you can go to where you can just vent,cry or hide in their apartment for a couple of hours after a long week.
